Born in Kemmerer, Wyoming, Tracee Davis brings deep Wyoming roots and a strong work ethic to her real estate career. She enlisted in the United States Marine Corps immediately after high school, where she served as a journalist. Following her military service, Tracee earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology from Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington. She relocated to Sheridan in 2010 and has proudly called it home ever since.  Tracee is raising two daughters in the Sheridan community she loves. Through her years living and working locally, she has developed a strong understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, schools, and market trends. As a dedicated real estate professional, Tracee is committed to helping her clients find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
