Susan brings a diverse real estate background to CENTURY 21 BHJ Realty, Inc. She has participated in subdivision development projects, has designed and constructed homes, and worked as a design draftsman for a landscape architecture firm.
Susan and her husband Don have developed a farm and cattle ranch in central Montana. This diversified operation produces small grains, irrigated forage crops, and commercial grade cattle. The ranch has four miles of riparian area, which Susan placed into a conservation reserve program in order to protect this fragile and dwindling resource. The ranch continues to be operated and managed from Sheridan today.
Having experience on both sides of a real estate transaction gives Susan a uniquely helpful perspective.
